GENERAL INFORMATION
1) If you wish to obtain information regarding where to purchase a specific Whitmor item, please have the style #, UPC or DPCI number available before calling. A list of store names will be given either by e-mail or telephone. Locations or telephone numbers will not be provided as most of our shipments are to distribution centers.
2) We do not have an available Spanish translator. If you need assistance please have an English speaking translator to assist you when calling.

MISSING OR DEFECTIVE PARTS
1) If calling after Customer Service business hours (M-F, 8am - 4:30pm CST) and need assistance, please leave your name and telephone number along with a brief message. We will return your call as soon as we can the next business day. Please let us know a convenient time to return your call. We would encourage you to email us at customer_service@whitmor.com, or use our contact form.
2) If you need help with assembly or need a missing or defective part replaced, please have your instruction sheet available before calling. Information from the instruction sheet will be needed to determine what unit you have. A description of the unit will not help in determining what you have since several units are very similar.
If you have a missing part, please check to make sure the missing part is not inside another part or already connected. We require 5 to 7 working days to ship any or all parts.

RETURN OF PRODUCT
1) We encourage you to contact Whitmor's customer service department prior to returning the product to its place of purchase. We will fully address any issues you may be having with our product, which may include part replacement or full product replacement at no charge to you.

WARRANTIES
1) Most products we import carry a 30 day grace period on replacement parts.
2) Our supreme chrome shelving units carry a limited 10 year warranty with proof of purchase.
3) Laundry hamper sorter bags are not covered under this warranty but carry a 90 day grace period with proof of purchase.
4) A copy of the receipt will need to be e-mailed to customer_service@whitmor.com or faxed to 662-393-1994 before replacement parts will be sent.
