Available Positions:

Customer Service Representative

Whitmor is currently accepting resumes for a Customer Service Representative. This individual must be career-minded, have a positive attitude, and be a team player. The responsibilities will be, but are not limited to: 

                        -Assisting customers that call-in with product assembly and parts questions.

                        -Responding to customer emails that are submitted through our website or through direct email.

                        -Filling out Product Replacement and Part Requests forms and filing them after being invoiced.

                        -Assisting with other responsibilities within the Customer Service department as time permits.

Prior experience within a customer service department is required. Must be proficient with computers and Microsoft Office.
